All items will be insured for their retail amount. This may change the final cost of shipping.

If you need an item shipping immediately, please contact us before purchasing. There may be extenuating circumstances that impede with timely delivery. All delivery times are estimates. Tracking number will be provided upon shipping.

Stock pieces will be sent 2-3 days after purchase. Bespoke pieces will be shipped in 2+ weeks. Please allow time for fabrication.

Buyer is responsible for verifying correct shipping address. No refunds will be given for incorrect shipping information.

US domestic shipping

Items are shipping with USPS First Class Mail. These may take 3-5 days to arrive. If you would like expedited shipping, please specify when ordering and the shipping cost will be adjusted.

If you would prefer another shipping service, please specify when ordering.

International shipping

Items are shipping with USPS First Class Mail. This may take 10+ days. Customer is responsible for all fees, taxes and duties associated with shipping to that country.

Returns

We want you to love your purchase. Please look through all images and read descriptions of items before finalizing order.

7 Day Return Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days for a full refund, minus shipping costs. Refunds will be issued once the item has been received and verified it is damage free (this includes scratches, cracks and dents.) If item has noticeable wear or damage, a refund will not be given.

Bespoke items are not eligible for returns or refunds. We do our best to make sure your item is exactly what you want.

Repairs

All items are made with exceptional care and will not break with routine wear and tear. However, some items should be taken off when showering, swimming, or any form of exercise to prolong the life of the piece. If you have any questions on care of your piece, please feel free to contact us.

Manufacturing defect repairs are covered within 30 days of purchase (minus shipping costs). After 30 days, excessive repair costs are $55/hour plus any additional material costs.

Customer is responsible for accurate sizing information. Refunds will not be issued for inaccurate measurements.
